1. What you provide us:

• Matterport URL ( make sure your tour is empty and unfurnished.)

2. Price details:

Our pricing is based on the total area of the space.

• We will contact you via email if your property is over 20.000 sqft  to discuss a price.
• You can also specify staging in certain areas of your property.

Fees for changes after staging:

• A change in room functionality after we have staged it will NOT count as a fix request. An additional fee will be charged.
• Style changes after staging will be charged as the original price.

3. Staging style:

We will virtually stage your Matterport Tour to the style you choose from our library.

If the style you want is not on our list, contact us to discuss the matter further.

4. Other notes:

• Please specify the functions of the rooms explicitly if you want to stage them differently from the original functions.
• We cannot add or remove walls or clean fully furnished tours. 
• We don’t stage the Dollhouse as part of our staging process.
• The URL remains the same before, during, and after the staging.
• Contact us via email [email protected] if you have other requirements such as adding walls and floors, adding fittings and fixtures, removing existing furniture, etc. We will review it on a project basis and provide detailed recommendations.

5. Turnaround time:

• 2 – 4 days ( 1-2 Bedroom)
