01 create

To start to a new job, put the name in "Job title".

02 choose

Upload the file include floor plans, elevation plan (and section plan if necessary). Then make selections in the options boxes.

03 submit

Check all the requests in the board then pay to submit order.

Turnaround times are maximum 4 days. The price for 3D renders includes 2 times editing.

We will send you a first draft with low quality (600x400 px).
We will make the revisions and replace the colors, textures, landscape etc and send you the next draft, again you can request changes and updates.
Once done we will send out the completed render in high resolution for you.
If for some reason you require additional changes after the final version has been produced, there will be an additional fee which will be determined based on the changes you require and sent to you before proceeding further.

Please supply the following:

DWG files (CAD software) for each property. DWG files include elevations, which are needed for speed and accuracy. Builders’ floor plans alone are not sufficient.
We can convert PDF files with architectural plans into a CAD file to create a render (additional fees apply)
We can create a render from a photo (additional fees apply)
Landscape details or reference photos of style you would like
Texture, color details and a reference to where the colors are to be applied (eg. front entrance pillars, fascia render, garage doors)
Any additional supporting information such as photos or weblinks showing the textures, finishes, colours, fixtures etc.
