2. What should I do if I want to change something?

We build reviews and comments to help you clearly communicate your project. You can share with us if you want to adjust something in your project. We can redo changes such as adjusting measurements, moving views, adding text labels for free. Please note that if you require a design change, additional charges may apply. In case you require additional changes after the final version is produced, additional fees will be determined based on the changes you request.

3. What is your turnaround time?

2D floor plan is delivered within 1 working day and 3 working days for other products. We can also provide express delivery upon request. For some complex cases, we may need more time to process. In such cases, we will notify you after receiving your request within 12 hours.

4. Can Home3ds support my brand?

There is no Home3ds logo and brand information in the last delivery. We support to add logos, colors, fonts, disclaimers or other fixed content shared in your order at no extra charge.

Shipments will be shared in your account dashboard. Processed products will be updated in the dashboard for you to review and ready to download after you approve.

Currently, we only accept Paypal payments or invoices if requested. Other payment methods will be available soon.
