1. What do we provide?

Home3ds is providing virtual reality services such as 2D, 3D floor plans, 3D Archilogic Model, 360 Virtual Tour Design, 3D Interactive Walking Tour, Virtual Tour, Interior Rendering. , CGI rendered with real estate agents, developers, professional or amateur photographers and online retailers wanting to showcase their products with professional imagery.

2. What should I do if I want to change something?

We build reviews and comments to help you clearly communicate your project. You can share with us if you want to adjust something. You can use the “fix request” feature to request an adjustment for delivered works. In case you forget to put the ” project note” you can send the request along with your order number to us via email support@home3ds.com, we will promptly update it to your project.

We can redo changes such as adjusting measurements, moving views, adding text labels for free. Please note that if you require a design change, additional charges may apply. In case you require additional changes after the final version is produced, additional fees will be determined based on the changes you request.

3. What is your turnaround time?

2D floor plan is delivered within 1 working day and 3 working days for other products. We can also provide express delivery upon request. For some complex cases, we may need more time to process. In such cases, we will notify you after receiving your request within 12 hours.

4. Can Home3ds support my brand?

There is no Home3ds logo and brand information in the last delivery. We support adding logos, colors, fonts, disclaimers, or other fixed content shared in your order at no extra charge.

5. How can Home3ds help me boost house selling?

6. How do I receive my order?

Shipments will be shared in your account dashboard. You can easily manage all orders on the “My order” page. Processed products will be updated in the dashboard for you to review and ready to download after you approve.

7. How can I use credits to place an order?

If you buy credits on our website, you can use it to place your new orders. After providing information about your project in “Order detail”. In the final step “ Check out”, please click on the button “ Wallet”. Then click “PLACE ORDER“. 

8. How do I pay for my order?

There are 2 payment methods: Paypal and Visa/ Master. To get more promotion you can buy credits on our website, but it still needs to use Paypal or Visa/ Master to top up your E-wallet. 

9.  How do you calculate total measurement?

we calculate the total square footage not only by plus each room’s dimensions. Normally, we will fringe all the walls and use software to calculate it. Therefore, all the spaces inside the fringe will be plus for the total measurement (even inner walls, spaces that are oblique or ringed by walls).
